No Bake Baking Recipes

Is it really hot where you live? It's going to reach the triple digits here, so this delicious dessert is PERFECT. It is our light and airy Meyer Lemon Semifreddo with Hazelnut Crunch and Blueberry Compote Recipe...nice and cool, and you don't have to bake it! :)

Another cool choice is our Toasted Pound Cake with Grapefruit and Vanilla Curd Recipe. Served over ice cream, it's SO refreshing! You can even use store-bought pound cake if you don't want to heat up your kitchen.

If you like to start your day with something sweet, omit the ice cream and just have the toasted pound cake slathered with our Grapefruit and Vanilla Curd Recipe. YUM!

Our Watermelon or Cantaloupe Sorbet Recipe is another summer hot weather favorite. It's so refreshingly simple to make a great no-bake snack. I used some left-over watermelon that had been sitting in my fridge for a few days, and the recipe came out perfectly.

I love our Butterscotch Pudding Recipe, especially paired with whipped cream and served with Gingersnap Cookies. This recipe falls into the category of what I call "comforting foods," or food that is so soothing and well, you know, comforting! I love to eat this dessert while curled up in a chair with my Dachshund Coco, while reading my favorite book.

Or, how about our
Tangerine Panna cotta or Pannacotta Recipe, which is a traditional Piemontese recipe -- the name means "cooked cream" in Italian. There are numerous variations on this wonderful light and delicious recipe, but I find that this recipe turns out especially creamy and smooth, as well as flavorful.
