1 tub 16 oz Ricotta cheese - 75% moisture*
3 tbls orange liqueur or orange extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup coarsely chopped mixed candied fruit ( citron )
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
