 Pie Topping Recipe

By Canola Information Service

Makes enough for one, 9-inch Pie

I made this topping when I was invited to attend  "Canola Oil Camp" in Canada, this past summer. It was quite good. Here, along with other US cookbook authors, we baked all sorts of recipes, which this is one of.

TOPPING:

bullet 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
bullet 1/2 cup granulated sugar
bullet 3 tablespoons canola or regular margarine

1. Combine flour, sugar and margarine.  Crumble together until the mixture is the size of bread crumbs.
