I only use mine for pizza and crusty bread loaves, like baguettes and sourdough boules. Why did you feel the need to get one for other sorts of baking? Did someone suggest it to you? |

If you do a lot of bread, sico/bosch mixer is good and durable too..the disadvantage is that the mixer is donut shaped and thus makes it difficult to scrap/fold your batter..tho ... |
