Hi

Does anyone know what are the uses of perforated baking sheets? Are they good for cookies, cakes or tarts/pies etc?

Thanks

Hi, Shelf life you can test yourself by just setting out the wrapped cookies to see how long they will last. Do they need refrigeration? You really need a food scientist to determine storage requirements and food safety concerns. Your recipe needs to be analyzed. ...

I would like to bake cookies with almond flour and package them for sale at our local supermarket.

How can I keep them fresh, and how long before they will go stale?

They contain nut butters, nut flours, Xylitol, stevia no grains and no dairy.

Please help!

You can also use melted candies, the same way you would make stained glass cookies, but they will also begin to degrade over time. You can try making your own candy, pour the molten candy in window-sized blobs on a foil-lined ...
