... best?! I have had mine for years. Anyway, I wouldn't bake a cake in it. The air doesn't circulate properly in it. It's best used for baking a few cookies at a time or a few small tarts. I use mine to warm-up already cooked food or to cook small casseroles or dishes. It makes a great toaster, too.
